• Over 10,000 hot meals distributed.
• Coordination with the administrative management for the definition and subsequent verification of budgets and order parameters.
• Periodic and regular checks of activity progress and project benchmarks and resolution of any problems that have arisen during work.
• Stakeholder management.
• Definition of work plans, resource evaluation and determination of project timelines.
• Management control on ongoing projects, planning, assignment and general coordination of orders.
